Registrar: shall be responsible for registation of players and teams, and shall serve as chairman of the Registration Committee. Registrar will submit the registration data for the CSC and will serve as the authority for this data. (ODD YEAR ELECTION)

Club President Duties: Shall conduct all meetings of the Board of Directors and shall vote only in the event of a tie. The President shall appoint, at the beginning of each season or as the need arises and subject to the approval of the Board of Directors, the chairmen of the standing committees and other members as needed. (odd year election)
Jim Smith

Vice President duties: Assumes the duties of the President in his/her absence. The Vice-President may vote on all matters before the Board except while acting as President. The Vice President will be responible for the formation of the Nominating Committee for the election of officers at the annual meeting, subject to the approval of the CSC Board.(even year election)

Treasurer: Shall give a receipt for all cash monies received which shall be deposited in a recognized bank in the name of CSC. All accounts shall be paid by check and shall bear two (2) signatures: the Treasurer and/or the President, Secretary, Registar or Vice-President. The receipt book and vouchers for no more than one checking account shall be produced when required by the Board of Directors and shall be properly balanced according to the bank book statement whichever is currently up to date. The Treasurer is also responsible for developing the budget and planning expenditures of the CSC at the beginning of the of the fiscal year. (EVEN YEAR ELECTION)

Fields: shall secure playing fields; shall be responsible to maintain fields in playable
condition. (EVEN YEAR ELECTION)
Buster Morris
Buster is also the Webmaster

Fundraising and publicity: shall be responsible for all public relations pertaining to the
CSC to include public service announcements on radio and TV, news releases and advertisements brochures and/or flyers for any special events (i.e. annual meeting or tournaments) (ODD YEARELECTION)
Jennifer Beagles

Secretary: shall keep an accurate record of all meetings of the Board of Directors and shall be responsible for preparation of the Annual Report to be submitted at the general meeting and to the Wyoming State Soccer Association
Wendy Owens

Director of Referees: shall be responsible to recruit, instruct and schedule referees for all CSC games (EVEN YEAR ELECTION)

State Delegates: There shall be two state delegates from the CSC. The delegates will be elected for two year terms on an odd-even rotating basis. These delgates will be responsible for presenting the views of the CSC
at the WYS meetings or any other state functions the CSC Board of Directors may deem necessary ( ODD & EVEN YEAR ELECTION)
